"My" Tree

This fabulous crab apple tree at my parents' home blooms each year around my birthday, and this year was certainly no disappointment! I spied a little bumble bee enjoying the blooms too. :)

Turtle Time

Ken captured this turtle sunbathing near the creek this morning. (yes, he's alive...he's just living up to his stereotype of being slow)

First Communion

Today's big event was Jane's first communion. Here is a link to some photos from today's festivities.

In this video, Henry was energized by cake, and egged on by Dziadzia (pronounced JaJa = grandpa and Busia is polish for Grandma)

Easter Sunday

Here are a couple of photos from Easter Sunday. Jeanette brought the lovely daffodils and made her famous lamb cake for dessert. Mmmm yummy! :) The colored eggs are compliments of Ken. Sorry, mom and dad, I was concentrating on the lamb cake and flowers and failed to get a picture of you on Easter. :(
