WE HAVE APPROVAL! Tonight we were one of the topics on the Town Planning Committee meeting agenda for an accessory garage structure on our property. And...we were approved! YAHOO! :o)

Who knew? My brother is coming home to visit for a weekend with his girlfriend Jacqui. We couldn't be more excited! :) Unfortunately, Toggle (the worlds BEST dog) will be left behind in AZ - presumably in the care of friends/neighbors.
